SGBK

The Swiss Society of Female Visual Artists (SGBK) has been the professional organization for female visual artists in Switzerland since 1902. It is dedicated to promoting the visibility and recognition of female artists, organizing exhibitions, and providing legal and social support. The SGBK is connected with various institutions and actively advocates for equality and diversity in the art scene. In 2012, it was awarded the Equality Prize by the cantons of Basel-Stadt and Basel-Land.
